1. The fees paid by you for Visa consulting and appointment are non-refundable. We try our best to get you the visa on time but we can’t guarantee the length of visa or its issuance as both these things are decided by the Embassy.
2. Visa Fee and appointment booking charges, both are different. Fee is payable to embassy with application at visa centre. We hold the rights to raise the charges at any time with or without your prior notice.
3. We reserve the following rights –
- Accepting case, completing work and terminating agreement.
- To not to take any particular application or case.
On accepting your case we ensue you proper policies, procedure and documentation process.
4. Applicant can cancel the agreement with any time on their wish but we would be entitled to be paid for the efforts we have made. Once appointment booked, no money will be refunded.
5. Fees are different for normal and express time slots booking.
6. Appointment can be cancel or changed but re appointment and change cost £25
7. We work according to individual embassy neither quick nor slow. We cannot influence any embassy for quick issuance of visa.
8. Re-scheduling of appointment cost additional charge. We cannot guarantee the next day appointment.
9. Applicant does not have to provide any document at the time of appointment booking. We don’t accept document by post or in person.
10. We are not liable for loss or delay to your travel arrangement or your accommodation or any loss.
11. Refund Policy
- Appointment charges paid are non-refundable.
- If you wish to cancel your request after paying fee then we will offer you 50 % refund only.
