A Original Passport
For a France business visa, submit a valid passport that must not expire within 3 months of your return from the Schengen territory. Along with your passport, you should provide a UK residency permit or on the new biometric card.
A Passport Size Photograph
Submit not less than 1 month passport size photograph in a plain or white background. Ensure that while getting your passport size photo, you are not wearing any accessories.

Covering letter from the company

You must submit the last 6 months bank statement to get the business visa.
Travel Insurance
At the date of visa appointment, carry the travel insurance with you which is combined with the stay period in the destination. This confirmed travel insurance cover should be on the bank’s original letterhead. To get travel insurance from the post office rather than bank, you must submit a policy brochure and the receipt.
Travel Documents
Reaching France by flights, you are required to provide a confirmed flight ticket in the form of e-ticket or a printout.

In the business visa, a proof of accommodation needs to be provided in which all important details should be presented. If your family or any friend in France sponsors your accommodation, then a real attestation accursed should be provided and the useful information in this proof is the period of staying in France.
Financial Needs
You must show the bank statement of 1 month when applying for the business visa. If the bank statement is older than 1 month, then you can also show the printout of your bank account highlighting the balance in the account.
